Digital Art Prints
I am so excited to be adding these prints to the shop! I have been praying for ways to bring Jesus into my art and this is it! They all have such a deep meaning within my faith walk. I pray these can bless your home and remind you daily of our incredible Lord and savior––that He is the way, the truth, and the life!
The stories behind each print…
A Seat at His Table
This print was my first released art print. I created this because I wanted something I could look at every morning to remind me that Jesus simply wants time with me. Every morning He is there, patiently waiting to have quality time with me. Life can get so hectic and demanding at times. We can make very excuse for why we don’t have time for prayer or time in the Word. But the truth is, those things are the most important. Those are the things that nourish us soul-deep. So we can’t forget that when start the day with the Lord, our daily bread, we have all we need!
Hanging by a Thread
This print was inspired by Matthew 9:20-21, where a woman with a hemorrhage touched the hem of Jesus' garment and was healed. Jesus turned to her and said, “Be of good cheer, daughter;your faith has made you well.” I want to always remember that when things get incredibly difficult, and I feel like I’m just hanging on by a thread, that thread should be from His garment.
Beautifully and Wonderfully Made
This piece was inspired by Psalm 139 where we can go to find comfort that God makes no mistakes when it comes to creation. He knits us together in our mother’s wombs; we are beautifully and wonderfully made in His image. I pray this will be a blessing for all moms who are expecting. And they can remember the beautiful truth that God’s Word has for us about our children. And that they truly are a gift from above.
Our Daily Bread
This was inspired by the first time I made sourdough. I thought it was SO hard to do that I avoided trying for years. Then one day I felt this conviction from spirit to try to make bread. That it would be healthier for my family, save us money, and be a way I can serve my husband and kids. You guys, it was so much easier than I thought. The first loaf that came out I cried to my husband. Because in that moment I realized that our flesh holds us back from so much. And if we just try things that are hard; HE is with us. When we obey, He will gift us with so much. It was so much more than just bread. It’s a reminder that HE is my strength when I am scared or weak. He is my daily bread.
The Word Over the World
We live in a world that is constantly telling we need more: to do more, to be more, to spend more, to have more, to work more. But God tells us the opposite. His Word is constantly telling us to do less of what the world wants us to do. To not be like the world. To not be lovers of fame or money. So when I think about my life and the times I’m not in the Word but in the world, it’s because I’m moving too fast. When I can live more simply, unplug, and slowdown…then I really can be present with the things the Lord has for my life. I pray this print will remind you to slow down; and be in the Word over the world.
